Choose margin or markup on an explicit production cost, then apply entered selling fees and a minimum order price.
Price a job or identical parts
Currency selection relabels values, without conversion. Tax and unentered costs are excluded. These are estimates, not invoices or production acceptance.
Per-item machine and labour hours multiply by quantity. Setup, packaging and extras are once per order. Use complete material totals and zero additional uplift if supports/purge are already included. Machine rate excludes separately charged energy: enter zero power if your rate already includes it.
P = (K + F) / (1 - m - f). Percentages become fractions. Fees are modelled on P only, with F once per order. Actual channels may use other tax/shipping bases; enter your assumptions deliberately. Margin requires m + f < 100%; markup requires f < 100%.

This worksheet does not establish physical success, delivery, tax treatment or customer acceptance. References and source assumptions stay in this tab unless deliberately copied, printed or downloaded.
Create the customer quotation from this reviewed order price. Your internal cost, selected profit method and pricing assumptions remain in the internal worksheet rather than the customer PDF.
Production cost and customer price
Record the agreed revision, quantity, material, finish, included iterations and delivery scope before quoting. A calculator makes assumptions visible; it cannot establish what customers will pay.
Need a multi-plate production estimate? Use the cost calculator. Read the pricing guide for worked margin, markup, fee and minimum-charge scenarios.
Fictional five-part, two-plate job: production cost is 39.192 currency units, including shared order work once. At a 30% margin the order price is 55.99 without fees. Adding a 5% fee on the full selling price gives 39.192 / (1 - 0.30 - 0.05) = 60.30. No fixed fee, minimum, tax or shipping is included.
Interpret the result and choose the next step
Distinguish per-item, per-plate and per-order labour. Five separate runs can repeat unloading even if the customer ordered once. Enter explicit currency, shipping and tax assumptions, then retain the quote inputs with the supplied file review. Browser-local calculations are not invoices or cloud customer records.
